Yes. Ordela uses the official WhatsApp Business API. Customers write to your business number in the normal WhatsApp app.
WhatsApp, through the official WhatsApp Business API, and Telegram, in early access. Both use the same schedule and settings. Instagram isn’t available yet.
It doesn’t guess. It hands the conversation to you or your staff, and you carry on in the same chat.
Prices and free times come only from the data you give us. If something isn’t in your data, Ordela won’t invent it.
Basic is €25 a month and Pro €60, per business. Taxes are calculated at checkout depending on where you are, and you see them before you pay. The first month is free, with no card needed; after it, you choose whether to subscribe.

No. Your customers pay your business directly, as they do today; Ordela only keeps track of bookings, deposits and orders. Your Ordela subscription itself is billed through Paddle.
No bulk messaging. Ordela answers the customers who write to you and sends service messages such as booking confirmations and reminders. Invitations to past customers (Pro) go out only after you approve the list, are capped each week, and anyone can stop them with one tap.
Yes, any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the month you paid for, and you aren’t charged again. Use the link in your Paddle receipt or write to support@ordela.app.
